InnaPrint® — Additional Set of Edible Inks — KOPYFORM

A set of edible inks (yellow, red, blue, and black) manufactured in Germany by Kopyform — volume: 4 × 100 ml.

Kopyform edible inks are specially formulated for food printers. The vibrancy of the printed design — which is printed onto special edible paper (wafer paper or sugar paper) — depends directly on the quality of the ink.

Kopyform edible inks are made from natural food colourants, are certified for compliance with food product standards, and meet all applicable sanitary and hygiene regulations.

The primary requirement for any food printer consumable is that it must have no negative effects on human health — especially important given that these products are often intended for children. It is worth noting that edible inks have an expiry date, which should be carefully monitored.

To make the edible ink appear more vibrant and to make the edible paper easier to cut without fraying, the printed image is treated on both sides with a decorative gel (cold-application gel): first on the back side, to place the image evenly and neatly onto the surface of the cake or other culinary product, and then on the front (image) side.
