We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all projectors purchased from Project Arts. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use.

1. Warranty Exclusions

This Warranty does not apply to:

• (a) Any non-Project Arts projector product, hardware, or software, even if packaged or sold with the projector.
• (b) Damage caused by use with non- Project Arts projectors or accessories.
• (c) Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
• (d) Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by the company.
• (e) Damage caused by third-party services.
• (f) A product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without written permission from the company.
• (g) Consumable parts, such as batteries, fuses, and bulbs.
• (h) Cosmetic damage.
• (i) If any projector serial number has been removed or defaced.

This Warranty is only valid in the country where the consumer purchases the product and applies only to products purchased and serviced in that country.

2. Warranty Limitations

• The company does not guarantee that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The company is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow the product instructions.
• The company provides the product “as-is” and “as-available”, disclaiming all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
• The company does not guarantee specific results from the use of the product.

3. Limitation of Liability

• The company’s total liability arising from or related to the product will not exceed the purchase price paid.
• The company disclaims all liability for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profits, business, savings, data, or records).

4. How to Claim a Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, please email orders@projectarts.co.za with:

• Proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos/videos of the problem (if applicable)

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

5. Additional Legal Rights

Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so certain limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by region.

6. Manufacturer Disclaimer

Project Arts does not manufacture this product but provides the 1-year warranty and support.
