- Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened items in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at orders@projectarts.co.za with your order number.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong product was received.
Refunds are processed once the item is inspected.
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or opened products
- Digital/downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item.
